GadgetGear has to pay $620, 000, 00 because of breaking Nintendo’s copyright & trademark

Nintendo take an action against the Australian company because of selling a gaming copying device worldwide.

This particular game copying device is known as R4 cards. In year 2009 September, the Nintendo filed proceedings in Australia’s Federal Court against the RSJ IT Solutions that trades online as “GadgetGear”.

In relation of the “GadgetGear”, it is an online seller of latest gadgets by including gaming accessories and gaming consoles and by including two individuals who are the directors of this company James Li and Patrick Li.

This particular case was putted on GadgetGear because this GadgetGear has recognized as buying a specific game copying device that is break both Nintendo’s copyright & trademark as well as a illegal circumvention device.

After the announcement of this pirate case, the GadgetGear has been ordered for paying about $620,000.00 and provide all stocks of game copiers to the destruction.

Often, Piracy like illegal activity not only affects the sales but it also affects the rate of video games plus employment of video game industry.

Two bomb blast in Pakistan on 20Oct2009

Recently two bomb have been blast at the university campus in Islamabad, according to the report 10 are injured and 15 have been killed but in among the 10 injured people 3 of them are very critical.

Due to terror attacks across the Pakistan, Pakistan government has already decided to close all the schools and colleges on the Monday at least for a week, NO any group have taken responsibility of the attack so far. So it is very difficult to say any thing more about these two bomb blast, which have took place in the girls cafeteria and another one have took place in the university’s Shariya block.
