My lovely new LG Cookie no longer appears to be as attractive due to the fact someone would seem to are already able to hack into my phone and entry the internet whilst I'm asleep. I bought it through the O2 shop and have an O2 sim card. O2 aren't at all helpful but more than £42 worth of credit has been sucked out of my pre-paid account. Any ideas about where I can discover out the best way to solve this difficulty?
